- Refunds are applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Non-Refundable Items

- Personalized or customized notebooks.
- Writing Pens that have been opened or used.
- File Folders that have been written on or altered.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
