By accessing or using the SkrivaLjus website and purchasing products including File Folders, Writing Pens, and Notebooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders. All transactions are subject to product availability and confirmation of order details. SkrivaLjus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

All content on the SkrivaLjus website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of SkrivaLjus or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from SkrivaLjus.
Product designs, packaging, and branding associated with SkrivaLjus are proprietary. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
4. Product Descriptions and Pricing
SkrivaLjus strives to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkrivaLjus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. SkrivaLjus is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or shipping carrier disruptions.
6. Refund Policy
SkrivaLjus offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Conditions for refund eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items (if applicable) are non-refundable unless defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Defective or incorrect items will be refunded in full, including return shipping costs.
